On receiving a One Lovely Blog Award

This was such a lovely surprise!  Thank you for my nomination, Jess Carey!  Go check out her lovely blog about traveling and delicious food :).

The One Lovely Blog Award nominations are chosen by fellow bloggers for those newer or up-and-coming bloggers. The goal is to help give recognition and to also help the new blogger reach more viewers. It also recognizes blogs that are considered to be “lovely” by the fellow-blogger who chose them, acknowledging bloggers who share their stories or thoughts in a beautiful manner to connect with their viewers and followers. In order to “accept” the award the nominated blogger must follow several guidelines, which are listed below.

The guidelines for the One Lovely Blog Award are:
•Thank the person who nominated you for the award.
•Add the One Lovely Blog Award logo to your post and/or blog.
•Share 7 facts/or things about yourself.
•Nominate 15 bloggers you admire and inform nominees by commenting on their blog.

Seven lovely random facts about me:

1. I work in the health care sector.
2. I’m not only obsessed with cute pandas, but with cute donkeys too.
3. I like burning incense on a rainy day.
4. My preferred exercise is yoga, zumba and walking in crisp air.
5. I am a huge fan of Formula 1.
6. My favorite red wine is the spicy Shiraz.
7. I’m a summer person.

That’s just a few things about me 🙂  I don’t mind passing the award on to some blogs I’ve come across in my first month of blogging.  They are:

Dorisakbento who makes beautiful and delicious bento boxes.
Twelve-toed Traveler Katelyn inspires me with her posts on the locations she travels to.
Fly Haru who writes about traveling to Japan :).
Young and Twenty who writes about what everyone goes through in their twenties.
Travel with Molly where Molly gives excellent tips on traveling and wanderlust and provides beautiful photos with that!
The Sweet Extraordinaires where Faith writes about her blissful everyday moments.

    1. I like donkies 🙂 They always look kind of sarcastic and sad to me. They rarely listen to any type of orders and can stand on the same spot for hours staring at nothing. They have cute soft noses too… But they also bite and can be stinky, so I guess there’s a good side, a bad side and a boring side to them 😉
